Let's have a picnic, Cornerstone!
Mark your calendars for a church-wide potluck picnic on Sunday, September 15, 4:30-6:30 p.m. at Strahl Street Park. This will be a potluck-style meal, so please bring a main dish with a side or a dessert to share. The church will provide drinks and plates/utensils. Bring the whole family out for an evening of fun and fellowship, and bring your instruments for a jam session of folk and classic tunes. All are welcome to play along.
PLEASE NOTE: Strahl Street Park does not have its own parking lot! Please direct yourselves to 129 W Fowlkes St. (Williamson County Community Services) for parking. You should be able to see the park's playground and pavilion from the parking lot!
Here at Cornerstone, we believe that the life of faith is one lived in community, as we come together over the joys and sorrows of life together. We aim to be a church where you can know and be known, where you can find Gospel friendships and families. We long to see people of all ages, of every tribe, tongue and nation, gather in joyous fellowship at the feet of our gracious Savior, Jesus Christ.
To that end, we routinely plan fellowship gatherings and potluck picnics, with the goal of deepening our relationships with one another. If you come to Cornerstone, we welcome you to join us for these times of fun and fellowship, and we pray you will feel the Lord's blessing through them.
